Skilled nursing support for children and young adults with complex respiratory needs, including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, respiratory monitoring, and other physician-ordered respiratory support.
Skilled nursing support for children and young adults with complex feeding needs, including G-tube care, enteral feeding, monitoring, and implementation of physician-ordered nutrition plans.
Individualized skilled nursing care tailored to each child's or young adult's medical needs, including medication management, wound care, health monitoring, and caregiver education to promote safety, stability, and quality of life at home.
We provide families with practical education, guidance, and ongoing support to help them better understand their child's care needs and promote comfort, safety, and confidence at home.
We collaborate with families, physicians, specialists, and other members of the child's healthcare team to support clear communication and coordinated, consistent care.
We help connect families with appropriate community resources, support programs, and referral services that may assist with their child's healthcare needs and strengthen support for the family.
Georgia’s GAPP program may allow eligible parents or caregivers of medically fragile children and young adults to receive compensation for providing approved care in the home. Elite Comfort Care Services can help families understand the program, eligibility requirements, and next steps.
